This appointment is for a period of 5 years and is contingent upon the approval of shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Smt. Padma brings extensive experience, having served for over 38 years in the banking sector, retiring as a Deputy General Manager. She currently also serves as an Independent Director at Ind Bank Merchant Services Limited.

Shri. R. Murugesan Joins as Non-Executive Nominee Director

The Board has also welcomed Shri. R. Murugesan as a Non-Executive Nominee Director, appointed under Section 161(3) of the Companies Act, 2013. This appointment is also effective from 14th August 2026. Shri. Murugesan brings a wealth of legal and administrative expertise, having worked as a Regional Chief at HUDCO for many years. His background includes extensive experience in loan documentation and security packages for sanctioned loans, along with being a practicing advocate before the Madras High Court.

The Board meeting commenced at 4:00 PM and concluded at 5:30 PM on 14th August 2026. The company has provided requisite disclosures pertaining to these appointments, as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, which are enclosed as Annexure I and II.
