Acrow India: Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results, Director Re-appointment

Acrow India Limited’s Board of Directors convened on August 14, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board also approved the Director’s Report for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, and recommended the re-appointment of Whole-time Director Mr. Shyam Agrawal. Additionally, decisions were made regarding the 66th Annual General Meeting, including the appointment of a scrutinizer and the closure of the Register of Members.

Board Meeting Outcomes

Acrow India Limited announced key outcomes from its Board of Directors meeting held on August 14, 2026. The Board took on record the unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with their Limited Review Report. This was followed by the approval and recording of the Directors’ Report and its annexures for the financial year that concluded on March 31, 2026.

Governance and Future Meetings

In a significant governance decision, the Board recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Shyam Agrawal, Whole-time Director, who is due for retirement by rotation. The company also approved the notice for its 66th Annual General Meeting. To facilitate this, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed to determine the Record Date for the meeting. Furthermore, Mr. Kiran Doshi, a Practising Company Secretary, has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the upcoming AGM.

Asset Development

The Board also considered and approved a proposal for the development, construction, and sale, or alternatively, the plotting and sale, of land located at J-3/1, Chikalthana Industrial Area – MIDC Plot, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra. The Board Meeting commenced at 5:00 p.m. and concluded at 6:00 p.m.
