Investment Details

The incorporation involved the subscription of 10,00,000 equity shares, each with a face value of ₹10/-, aggregating to a total investment of ₹1,00,00,000/-. This capital infusion is made in cash. The Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Limited will hold 100% shareholding in Royal Sandur Academy Private Limited, ensuring complete control and alignment with the parent company’s strategic objectives.
