Affle (India) Limited has announced the allotment of 34,964 fully paid-up equity shares of face value Rs. 2 each to Affle Holdings Pte. Ltd., the promoter. This issuance follows the conversion of warrants, marking an increase in the company’s issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital to Rs. 28,18,28,696, comprising 140,914,348 equity shares. The company is now in the process of applying for the listing of these newly issued shares on the NSE and BSE.

Affle India Allots Equity Shares Post Warrant Conversion

Affle (India) Limited has confirmed the allotment of 34,964 fully paid-up equity shares, each with a face value of Rs. 2, to Affle Holdings Pte. Ltd., identified as the promoter and ‘allottee’. This issuance is a direct consequence of the conversion of warrants previously held by the allottee. The total number of equity shares allotted is in line with the number of warrants converted, reflecting a significant transaction for the company.

Share Capital Increase

Following this allotment, Affle India’s issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital has seen an increase. The total share capital now stands at Rs. 28,18,28,696, represented by 140,914,348 equity shares, each with a face value of Rs. 2. Listing Process Underway

The company is actively pursuing the necessary steps to list these newly issued equity shares on the stock exchanges, specifically the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
