On August 14, 2026, the Board of Directors of Kitex Garments Limited convened to discuss and approve critical business matters, including a substantial capital raising plan. The Board has given its go-ahead for raising funds aggregating up to ₹3,000 Crores (Rupees Three Thousand Crores) or an equivalent amount thereof.
Fundraising Instruments and Methods
The company plans to achieve this by issuing various eligible securities. These include equity shares, non-convertible debentures along with warrants, or any other securities convertible into equity shares of the Company. The issuance can be done individually or as a combination of these instruments.
