- Vinod Hardattrai Biyani received 3,06,521 equity shares from Kailash Hardattrai Biyani, also by way of gift. This constitutes approximately 4.43% of the voting share capital.
Both Bharat Hardattrai Biyani and Vinod Hardattrai Biyani are immediate relatives of the transferor, Kailash Hardattrai Biyani, as per the SAST Regulations. The transfers, dated August 14, 2026, have been duly recorded by the company to reflect the updated shareholding structure among the promoter group.
Shareholding Post-Transaction
Following these transfers, the shareholding details among the named parties are:
- Bharat Hardattrai Biyani now holds 6,49,110 shares, representing 9.37% of the total share capital.
- Vinod Hardattrai Biyani holds 3,56,518 shares, amounting to 5.15% of the total share capital.
- Kailash Hardattrai Biyani retains 4,44,868 shares, which accounts for 6.42% of the total share capital after the transfer.
