Revenue from operations for the quarter was reported at ₹122.62 lakh, slightly up from ₹118.48 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Total income for the quarter stood at ₹127.59 lakh. Expenses amounted to ₹132.31 lakh. The company registered a profit before tax of (₹4.72 lakh). Other comprehensive income added (₹0.06 lakh) to the net loss. Total comprehensive income for the period was (₹4.59 lakh).

In addition to the financial results, the Board of Directors considered and approved several key matters during their meeting on August 14, 2026. The Board noted the resignation of Mr. Kalpit Mehta as an Independent Director, effective August 10, 2026. They also approved the appointment of Mr. Sachin Jagdish Laddha as an Additional Director (Independent & Non-Executive) for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
