3M India Limited has announced its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company achieved a significant 19.0% year-on-year (YoY) growth in revenue, totaling ₹1,423 crore. This broad-based growth was observed across all four business segments: Safety & Industrial, Transportation & Electronics, Health Care, and Consumer.
Profitability and Exceptional Items
Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter saw a substantial increase of 31.2% YoY, reaching ₹233 crore. This growth was influenced by an exceptional item related to the sale of land at Pimpri, Pune, which generated a net gain of ₹73.13 crore. Excluding exceptional items, the Profit Before Tax (PBT) experienced a decline of 4.3% YoY, primarily attributed to the impact of Indian Rupee depreciation.
Segment Performance Highlights
The company highlighted strong performance across its segments. Health Care grew by 23.5%, Safety & Industrial by 23.0%, Transportation & Electronics by 14.4%, and Consumer by 13.4% compared to the prior year. This marks the fifth consecutive quarter of double-digit YoY sales growth for 3M India.
