Anupam Rasayan Reports Strong Q1 FY27 Financials

Anupam Rasayan India Limited has posted impressive financial results for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2027, ending June 30, 2026. The company announced a significant 36% year-on-year growth in its consolidated revenue, which reached ₹6,675 million, up from ₹4,907 million in the same quarter last year. This performance underscores a sustained momentum across its business segments.

Key Financial Highlights

The company’s EBITDA for Q1 FY27 stood at ₹1,749 million, a 35% increase compared to ₹1,292 million in Q1 FY26. This resulted in an EBITDA margin of 26.2%. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter was ₹512 million, up from ₹485 million in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.

Technological and Strategic Advancements

Mr. Anand Desai, Managing Director of Anupam Rasayan India Limited, commented on the performance, stating, “We are pleased to begin fiscal year 2027 on a strong note.” He highlighted a significant technological milestone: the company became the first in the world to commercialize Ethyl Trifluoroacetate (ETFA) using flow chemistry, a development that enhances its capabilities in complex fluorination. Furthermore, Anupam Rasayan signed a Letter of Intent with BASQUEVOLT, S.A. for the potential long-term supply of a specialty chemical product, representing an estimated revenue opportunity of approximately US$300 million spread over ten years.

Pharmaceutical Business Outlook

The acquisition of Bliss GVS Pharma continues to progress as planned. Upon completion, this transaction is expected to strengthen Anupam Rasayan’s pharmaceutical platform through synergies in CDMO capabilities, product development, customer relationships, and access to regulated markets.
