On August 13, 2026, the Share Issue Committee of Directors at APAR Industries Limited convened to finalize key aspects of its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP). The committee officially approved the closure of the QIP, following the successful receipt of application forms and funds from eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) into the escrow account.

Key Approvals and Allocation Details

The committee determined and approved the allocation of 16,88,618 Equity Shares, each with a face value of ₹10. These shares were allotted at an issue price of ₹14,805 per Equity Share. This price includes a premium of ₹14,795 per Equity Share and is higher than the floor price of ₹14,801.25 per Equity Share, aligning with the pricing formula prescribed under Regulation 176(1) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations.

Furthermore, the committee approved and adopted the placement document dated August 13, 2026, related to this issue. A confirmation of allocation note, informing the eligible QIBs of their allotted Equity Shares, was also approved and finalized for issuance.

Meeting Details and Trading Window

The Share Issue Committee meeting commenced at 7:31 p.m. and concluded at 7:38 p.m. on August 13, 2026. In compliance with regulatory requirements, the company also noted that the trading window for dealing in the securities of APAR Industries had been closed from August 7, 2026, and will remain closed until further notice, in adherence to the Company’s Prevention of Insider Trading Code of Conduct.
