TVS Motor Company announced the launch of its new connected passenger electric three-wheeler, the TVS King EV MAX, in Sri Lanka on August 13, 2026. This strategic move underscores the company’s commitment to accelerating its electric vehicle (EV) transition and expanding its innovative mobility solutions into new international markets.

The TVS King EV MAX is designed to offer a superior urban transport experience, combining performance, connectivity, and sustainability. Key features of the electric three-wheeler include:

- Fast charging capability: 0 to 80% in just 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- Battery capacity of 9.2 kWh.
- Acceleration of 0 to 30 km/h in 3.7 seconds.
- A 6-year warranty for enhanced customer peace of mind.
- Equipped with TVS SmartXonnect™ for advanced connected features like real-time navigation and vehicle diagnostics.
The vehicle is powered by a high-performance 11 kW motor and a 51.2V lithium-ion LFP battery, delivering efficient and dependable performance suitable for urban mobility. It offers multiple driving modes (ECO, City, Power) and a top speed of 60 km/h.
