The company’s Total Income for the standalone business surged by 35.9% YoY to ₹3,194 crore, driven by a strong 24.0% growth in the total Indian vehicle sales and a significant 23.6% increase in the 2W segment. This performance was further bolstered by an incentive of ₹35 crore booked in Q1 FY27.
EBITDA and PAT Growth
The company’s Standalone EBITDA grew by 17.1% YoY to ₹358 crore, despite facing higher input costs. The consolidated EBITDA also experienced a healthy 18.7% YoY increase, reaching ₹569 crore. The Profit After Tax (PAT) for the standalone operations saw a 17.4% YoY rise to ₹195 crore. Consolidated PAT grew by 8.0% YoY to ₹245 crore, demonstrating the company’s ability to manage costs and drive profitability across its business segments.
Key Business Highlights and Outlook
The presentation also highlighted significant business wins, including ₹336 crore from HMSI and new brakes business from TVS, further strengthening the order book. The company is expanding its manufacturing capacities, with SOPs expected for new projects in Chassis, Battery Packs, and EV components throughout FY27. The EV and Hybrid share in Europe is also increasing, indicating a strategic pivot towards future mobility solutions. The company’s CAPEX for FY27 is estimated at ₹196 crore for standalone operations and Euro 3.6 million for Europe, focusing on expansion and new technologies.

On a consolidated basis, Endurance Technologies reported a Total Income of ₹4,348 crore for Q1 FY27, a notable increase from ₹3,355 crore in Q1 FY26. The consolidated EBITDA stood at ₹569 crore, and consolidated PAT was ₹245 crore. The revenue breakdown by entity shows India contributing 72.4%, Europe 26.3%, and Maxwell 1.3% to the Q1 FY27 consolidated income.
