This was primarily fueled by the Power Solutions business, which grew by 29%, largely due to growth in passenger cars and off-highway segments. The mobility aftermarket business recorded a growth of 9.6%, attributed to strategic pricing and new schemes. Sequentially, the mobility business grew by 7.5% in April-June ’26 over Jan-March ’26. The 2-wheeler business exhibited significant growth of 20.5%, mainly due to higher production volumes from OEMs. The consumer goods business, however, declined by 15.7% due to seasonal factors.

Financial Highlights

Revenue from operations for April-June ’26 stood at INR58,419 million, a growth of 22% over April-June ’25. The EBITDA for April-June ’26 was INR8,180 million, a 28% increase year-on-year, with EBITDA margins improving due to revenue growth and expense optimization. Profit after tax for April-June ’26 saw a decline of 37.1% over the same quarter of the previous year, which was impacted by an exceptional item in the prior year’s results.

Strategic Focus and Future Outlook

Bosch Limited’s strategy is focused on operational resilience, supply chain agility, and proactive risk management. The company is actively engaged with partners to address upcoming regulations like CAFE Phase 3 and ADAS implementation.
