The Board also re-appointed Mr. Mohit Jain, a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director (DIN: 07203009), to an office or place of profit within the Company. His remuneration has been fixed, subject to the approval of the company’s members. Financial Performance Overview

The un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, show a Net Profit/(Loss) of ₹122.38 lakh. Total Income for the quarter stood at ₹6,326.02 lakh, with total expenses amounting to ₹6,102.83 lakh. Basic and diluted earnings per share for the quarter were ₹0.87 and ₹0.87 respectively.
