Raminfo: Secures ₹391.5 Crore Veterinary Services Contract

Raminfo Limited has been awarded a significant 5-year contract by the Director, Animal Husbandry, Uttarakhand, to provide comprehensive veterinary services. The contract, valued at approximately ₹391.5 crore in total, involves operating and managing 35 Mobile Veterinary Units (MVUs). This includes vehicles, equipment, manpower, and a command and control center, marking a substantial new revenue stream for Raminfo.

New Contract Awarded

Raminfo Limited announced on August 13, 2026, that it has received a substantial work order for providing veterinary services. The contract was awarded by the Director, Animal Husbandry, Uttarakhand, and is set to span a period of 5 years.

Contract Scope and Value

The scope of this project is comprehensive, requiring Raminfo to provide, operate, and manage 35 Mobile Veterinary Units (MVUs). This includes essential components such as vehicles, fabrication, prescribed equipment, manpower, GPS and AVL tracking, and the establishment of a Command & Control Centre/Call Centre, along with all other necessary facilities and services.

The financial details of the contract are as follows:

  • Monthly Contract Value: Rs. 59,32,500/- (Rupees Fifty-Nine Lakh Thirty-Two Thousand Five Hundred only)
  • Annual Contract Value: Rs. 7,11,90,000/- (Rupees Seven Crore Eleven Lakhs Ninety Thousand only)
  • Total Contract Value (5 Years): Rs. 39,15,45,000/- (Rupees Thirty-Nine Crores Fifteen Lakhs Forty-Five Thousand only)

Transaction Details

The company clarified that neither the promoter nor any promoter group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order. Furthermore, the contract does not fall within the purview of related party transactions.
