Flomic Global Logistics Ltd. has announced its limited reviewed financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27), showcasing a significant turnaround and robust growth. The integrated logistics and freight forwarding company reported a 18.4% year-over-year increase in Revenue from Operations, reaching ₹11,999.77 lakh, compared to ₹10,137.76 lakh in Q1 FY26.

Key Financial Highlights for Q1 FY27

The company’s operational efficiency and disciplined cost management led to a substantial 67.8% YoY growth in EBITDA, which stood at ₹1,120.57 lakh. Consequently, the EBITDA margin improved significantly to 9.34% from 6.59% in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Notably, Flomic Global Logistics returned to profitability at the Net Profit After Tax level. The company reported a Net Profit of ₹206.25 lakh for Q1 FY27, a marked improvement from a Net Loss of ₹297.79 lakh recorded in Q1 FY26. Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) also turned positive, standing at ₹1.14 in Q1 FY27, compared to a loss of ₹1.64 in Q1 FY26.
