EBITDA also saw a substantial increase of 178.85%, and Net Profit grew by 164.84%, reflecting strong demand and operational efficiency.

KRN Heat Exchanger Reports Strong Q1 FY27 Performance

KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Limited has announced its audited financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026, showcasing remarkable growth across key financial metrics. The company reported a significant consolidated revenue of ₹252.32 crore for Q1 FY27, an impressive increase of 118.87% compared to ₹115.28 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.

Key Financial Highlights (Consolidated)

The company’s performance was driven by substantial growth in profitability. EBITDA surged by 178.85% to ₹49.06 crore in Q1 FY27, up from ₹17.59 crore in Q1 FY26. EBITDA margin stood at 19.44%. Net Profit after tax witnessed a significant rise of 164.84%, reaching ₹32.90 crore in Q1 FY27, compared to ₹12.42 crore in the corresponding period last year. The Net Profit Margin was 13.04%. Diluted EPS also grew substantially by 160.00% to ₹5.20 from ₹2.00 in Q1 FY26.

Export Growth and Domestic Strength

Mr. Santosh Kumar, Chairman & Managing Director, highlighted the strong performance, attributing it to the growing demand for HVAC&R solutions. Overseas revenue experienced a significant jump of 177.31% year-on-year, contributing 20.76% to the total segment revenue and reaching customers across 14 countries. The USA emerged as the largest export market. Domestic revenue also showed robust growth of 107.42%, underscoring the depth of demand in the core market.

Strategic Initiatives

The company is focusing on building scale, enhancing manufacturing capabilities, and deepening its presence in high-potential markets. Investments in capacity, localisation, and backward integration are aimed at strengthening the operating base for future growth. The Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) completed on June 1, 2026, raised ₹350.00 crore, with net proceeds of ₹341.79 crore allocated towards the stated objectives. Additionally, the company received an incentive of ₹182.95 crore from the Government of Rajasthan for its Neemrana facility. IPO proceeds of ₹311.12 crore have been fully utilized for expansion and corporate purposes.
