V2 Retail: Q1 FY27 Revenue Surges 58% to ₹997 Crore

V2 Retail Limited has unveiled its financial results for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2027 (Q1 FY27), showcasing robust growth across key performance indicators. The company reported a significant 58% year-on-year increase in revenue from operations, which amounted to ₹997.2 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This marks a substantial uplift from the ₹632.2 crore recorded in the same period of the previous year (Q1 FY26).

Key Financial Highlights

The consolidated financial performance for Q1 FY27 demonstrates broad-based improvement:

  • Gross Profit grew by 53% to ₹285.0 crore, with the Gross Profit Margin standing at 28.6%.
  • EBIDTA saw a remarkable 60% increase, reaching ₹139.5 crore, and the EBIDTA Margin was reported at 14.0%.
  • Profit After Tax (PAT) surged by 70% to ₹41.9 crore, with a PAT Margin of 4.2%.

The company also provided full-year (FY26) consolidated figures, highlighting substantial growth compared to FY25. Revenue from operations for FY26 was ₹3,067.1 crore (up 63% YoY), Gross Profit at ₹927.1 crore (up 68% YoY), EBIDTA at ₹455.5 crore (up 77% YoY), and PAT at ₹162.1 crore (up 125% YoY).

Operational Performance and Expansion

Operationally, V2 Retail reported key highlights for Q1 FY27, including a store count of 381 stores across 25 states and 1 Union Territory, covering approximately 40.7 lakh sq.ft. of retail area. While Same Stores Sales Growth (SSG) stood at approximately -7.5% for Q1 FY27, the company noted a volume growth of 56% year-on-year. Average Bill Value (ABV) increased to ₹941 from ₹901 in Q1 FY26, and Average Selling Price (ASP) was ₹308 compared to ₹303 in the prior year. Net Working Capital days improved to 74 days from 81 days in FY26.
