Standalone Performance Highlights
On a standalone basis, Ipca Laboratories reported a net profit after tax of ₹373.29 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This represents a substantial increase of 42% compared to the same period last year. The revenue from operations witnessed a healthy growth of 21%, reaching ₹2,119.24 crore. The EBITDA margin before forex and other income improved to 26.27% from 23.82% in Q1 FY26.
Consolidated Financial Overview
The consolidated financial results also reflected significant growth. Consolidated net total income increased by 20% to ₹2,813.36 crore. Consolidated net profit after tax surged by an impressive 80% to ₹422.81 crore. The consolidated EBITDA margin before forex and other income stood at 22.88%, up from 18.39% in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
Key Growth Drivers
The company highlighted that Indian formulations income grew by 13% to ₹1082.12 crore, while exports income saw a substantial increase of 34%, amounting to ₹935.39 crore. These figures indicate a strong demand for Ipca’s products in both domestic and international markets.
Earnings Per Share
Basic earnings per share (EPS) for the standalone entity stood at ₹14.71, a 42% increase from ₹10.33 in Q1 FY26. Similarly, consolidated EPS rose to ₹15.84 from ₹9.19 in the previous year’s quarter, reflecting enhanced profitability.
