Sharda Ispat Ltd.: Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results, Re-appoints Directors

Sharda Ispat Ltd. announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Financial Performance for Q1 FY27

Sharda Ispat Ltd. has declared its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27, ending June 30, 2026. The company reported a Profit After Tax of ₹163.50 Lakhs for the quarter. The unaudited financial results, along with the Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors, have been approved by the Board of Directors. Leadership Re-appointments

In line with recommendations from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board has approved the re-appointment of key managerial personnel. Shri Nandkishore Sarda (DIN: 00229911) has been re-appointed as Chairman & Managing Director for a term of five years, commencing from April 1, 2027. He will not be liable to retire by rotation. Furthermore, Smt. Poonam Sarda (DIN: 00190512) has been re-appointed as Whole-time Director for a similar five-year term, also effective April 1, 2027. Her re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval and she will be liable to retire by rotation. Annexure III contains the requisite details for her re-appointment.

Board Meeting Details

The Board Meeting commenced at 11:30 a.m. and concluded at 12:30 p.m. on August 13, 2026. The financial results were reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee before being approved by the Board. The company operates in the iron and steel segment, and the unaudited results have been reviewed by its statutory auditors who expressed an unqualified opinion.
