Auditor’s Review

The financial statements were subjected to a limited review by the statutory auditors, V. Sankar Aiyar & Co. The auditors concluded that, based on their review and the reports of other auditors, nothing has come to their attention that causes them to believe that the accompanying financial statements contain any material misstatement.

Note on Recoverability of Dues

A significant note highlights trade receivables as at June 30, 2026, including ‘Use or Pay’ (UoP) dues amounting to ₹661.03 crore (gross). The company has made a provision of ₹348.86 crore for these dues and is implementing recovery mechanisms, with management confident of recovery based on contractual arrangements.

Note on Vessel Charter Claims

Another note addresses claims aggregating to ₹348.13 crore by owners of the company’s dedicated LNG vessels due to suspension of operations. The company has not recognised any provision for these claims, deeming them not tenable under contractual obligations, although arbitration proceedings have been initiated by vessel owners.
