For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, IRCTC reported a total income of ₹144,081.19 Lakhs. The company’s total expenses amounted to ₹99,952.57 Lakhs, leading to a profit before exceptional items and tax of ₹44,128.62 Lakhs. After accounting for a total tax expense of ₹11,142.51 Lakhs, the profit after tax from continuing operations stood at ₹32,986.11 Lakhs. Total comprehensive income for the period was ₹32,792.72 Lakhs.

Consolidated Financial Highlights

On a consolidated basis, which includes its subsidiary, IRCTC reported a total income of ₹144,124.24 Lakhs for the same quarter. Total consolidated expenses were ₹99,955.83 Lakhs. The profit before exceptional items and tax was ₹44,168.41 Lakhs. Following a total consolidated tax expense of ₹11,152.53 Lakhs, the profit after tax from continuing operations was ₹33,015.88 Lakhs. Total consolidated comprehensive income for the quarter was ₹32,822.49 Lakhs.

Key Performance Indicators

Earnings per equity share (EPS) remained consistent across both standalone and consolidated figures. Basic EPS was reported at ₹4.12, and diluted EPS also stood at ₹4.12 for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

Notes and Disclosures

The financial results have undergone a limited review by the statutory auditors. The company also highlighted ongoing matters such as the railway board’s commercial circular regarding catering tariff adjustments and a dispute concerning input tax credit from Developer cum Operators (DCOs). Additionally, a notice from the National Anti-Profiteering Authority (GST) regarding profiteering allegations is ongoing.
