Zodiac JRD-MKJ Limited has officially disclosed its financial results for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27, ending on 30th June, 2026. The company’s Board of Directors approved the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results during a meeting held on 12th August, 2026.
Key Financial Highlights
The standalone financial results indicate a robust performance for the quarter. The company posted a Net Profit of ₹41.04 Lakhs for the period. This represents a substantial year-on-year growth of 156% when compared to the Net Profit of ₹10.79 Lakhs reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
Revenue from Operations for the first quarter of FY27 stood at ₹623.03 Lakhs. This demonstrates a significant improvement from the ₹420.15 Lakhs recorded in the first quarter of FY26.
Consolidated Performance
On a consolidated basis, which includes the results of its subsidiary, VEM Plastic Moulding Private Limited, Zodiac JRD-MKJ Limited also reported positive growth. The consolidated Net Profit for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026, was ₹92.44 Lakhs. The consolidated revenue from operations reached ₹1,294.94 Lakhs during the same period.
Other Comprehensive Income
The company also reported its Total Comprehensive Income. For the standalone results, the Total Comprehensive Income for the quarter was ₹41.04 Lakhs. Comparatively, the consolidated Total Comprehensive Income was ₹92.44 Lakhs.
Earnings Per Share
Earnings Per Share (EPS) also saw a marked improvement. The basic EPS for the standalone results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026, was ₹0.37, up from ₹0.10 in the same quarter last year. Similarly, the diluted EPS rose to ₹0.37 from ₹0.10.
