In line with its consistent commitment to shareholder returns, the Board of Directors of Sun TV Network Limited, at their meeting held on August 12, 2026, declared an interim dividend of Rs. 5.00 per equity share. This represents a 100% dividend on a face value of Rs. 5.00 per share for the financial year 2026-27.
