This represents a significant decrease in profitability compared to the previous financial year’s corresponding quarter, which had a net profit of ₹618.31 Lakhs. Revenue from operations for the quarter was ₹0.00 Lakhs, with other income contributing ₹0.07 Lakhs. Total expenses stood at ₹31.84 Lakhs.
The diluted earnings per equity share for the continuing operation during the quarter were (₹3.16).
Registered Office Relocation Approved
In a significant corporate development, the Board of Directors has taken note of the order from the Regional Director (Northern Region) approving the shifting of EMA India Limited’s registered office. The office will be relocated from the State of Uttar Pradesh to the State of Maharashtra. The company has already filed the necessary forms with the Registrar of Companies to effect this change, authorizing the Managing Director to handle further documentation.
Annual General Meeting Details
The 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) and other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). To facilitate the AGM proceedings, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Friday, September 11, 2026, to Wednesday, September 16, 2026, inclusive. The cut-off date for determining voting eligibility for the e-voting period is set as Thursday, September 10, 2026.
Mr. Awashesh Dixit has been appointed as the Scrutinizer to oversee the e-voting process for the AGM.
