The company’s consolidated revenue experienced a robust increase of 21%, reaching ₹48,716 Cr., propelled by a strong all-round performance across its diverse business portfolio.

EBITDA hit an all-time high, climbing 26% YoY to ₹8,077 Cr. This achievement was attributed to revenue-led growth and enhanced cost efficiencies across various business segments. Furthermore, Adjusted Profit After Tax (PAT) demonstrated substantial growth, rising by 49% YoY to ₹2,153 Cr., reflecting improved operating performance.

Standalone EBITDA more than doubled, increasing by 107% YoY to ₹1,094 Cr., driven by resilient performance in Core businesses, Cellulosic Fibres, and Chemicals.

  • Cellulosic Fibres: Revenue increased by 12% YoY, driven by improved global prices and a favorable product mix. EBITDA saw a substantial rise, nearly doubling on a YoY basis to ₹632 Cr.
  • Chemicals (Chlor-Alkali, Chlorine Derivatives and Specialty Chemicals): Revenue grew by 10% YoY to ₹2,640 Cr. EBITDA increased by 16% YoY to ₹491 Cr.
  • Building Materials (Cement, Paints and B2B E-commerce): Revenue for this segment rose by 21% YoY to ₹28,835 Cr. EBITDA grew 17% YoY to ₹5,002 Cr.
  • Paints (Birla Opus): Revenue recorded a remarkable 64% YoY increase to ₹1,661 Cr.
  • B2B E-Commerce (Birla Pivot): Revenue surged by 75% YoY to ₹2,548 Cr.
  • Financial Services (Aditya Birla Capital): Consolidated revenue grew by 28% YoY to ₹12,155 Cr.
  • Other Businesses (Textiles, Renewables, Insulators): Revenue stood at ₹1,126 Cr., up 30% YoY, with EBITDA nearly doubling to ₹302 Cr.
