Sainik Finance: Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Financial Results

Sainik Finance & Industries Limited announced the approval of its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors reviewed and accepted the financial statements, which showed a profit of ₹92.21 lakhs for the period. The company also confirmed the appointment of new directors and accepted the resignation of an existing one.

Board Approves Financial Results

Sainik Finance & Industries Limited convened a Board Meeting on August 12, 2026, to consider and approve its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of the financial year, which ended on June 30, 2026. The results, which were subject to a limited review by the statutory auditors, M/s. Kumra Bhatia & Co., were formally approved by the Board.

Key Financial Highlights

The unaudited financial statement reveals a profit of ₹92.21 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This compares to a profit of ₹125.51 lakhs for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, and ₹94.56 lakhs for the same quarter in the previous year (June 30, 2025). The total income for the quarter was ₹442.02 lakhs.

Directorate Changes

In addition to the financial results, the Board of Directors also approved the appointment of Sh. Somvir Sindhu as an Additional Director of the Company. Furthermore, the Board accepted the resignation of Sh. Kuldeep Singh Solanki, a Non-Executive Director, effective from August 12, 2026. These changes have led to the reconstitution of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee and the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.

Annual General Meeting Preparations

Preparations for the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) were also a key agenda item. The Board approved the notice for the AGM and appointed a Scrutinizer to oversee the voting process to ensure fairness and transparency during the meeting, which will address matters for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
