The company reported standalone total income of ₹641.81 crore and a net profit after tax of ₹158.06 crore. Consolidated figures showed total income of ₹641.54 crore with a net profit after tax of ₹158.97 crore, reflecting strong operational performance and profitability for the period.

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has released its audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company’s Board of Directors approved these results, which indicate robust financial performance for the period.

Standalone Financial Performance

For the standalone operations, HAL reported total income from operations of ₹551.53 crore and other income of ₹90.28 crore, bringing the total income to ₹641.81 crore for the quarter. Profit before tax stood at ₹212.53 crore. After accounting for tax expenses of ₹54.47 crore, the net profit for the period was ₹158.06 crore. Total comprehensive income for the quarter was ₹147.01 crore.

Consolidated Financial Performance

On a consolidated basis, which includes subsidiaries and joint ventures, HAL’s total income from operations was ₹551.52 crore, with other income at ₹90.02 crore, resulting in a total consolidated income of ₹641.54 crore. The profit before tax was ₹213.43 crore. After tax expenses of ₹54.47 crore, the consolidated net profit after tax for the quarter was ₹158.97 crore. Total consolidated comprehensive income for the quarter stood at ₹147.90 crore.

Key Financial Highlights

Earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter were ₹23.63 (basic and diluted) on a standalone basis. Consolidated EPS was ₹23.77 (basic and diluted). The company’s net worth, including retained earnings, was reported at ₹40,86,251 lakh on a standalone basis and ₹41,04,460 lakh on a consolidated basis.

Dividend Approval

The Board of Directors also approved and paid an interim dividend of ₹35 per equity share during the financial year 2025-26. Additionally, the Board recommended a final dividend of ₹10 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.
