Allcargo Logistics Limited has announced robust financial results for the first quarter of the financial year 2027, which concluded on June 30, 2026. The company has successfully transitioned from a loss-making position in the prior year to achieve profitability, driven by a 11.2% increase in consolidated revenue over the same period last year. The total revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹546 crore.

Profitability and Key Financials

A significant highlight of the quarter is the reported profit after tax (PAT) of ₹14 crore, marking a stark contrast to the loss reported in Q1 FY26. This turnaround underscores the effectiveness of the company’s strategic initiatives and operational discipline. Consolidated gross profit for the quarter was ₹163 crore, up 11.6% year-on-year. EBITDA also saw a substantial increase of 39.2% year-on-year, reaching ₹71 crore.

Segment Performance

The Express Logistics business demonstrated strong operating performance, with volumes increasing by 6.7% year-on-year to 312,000 tonnes. Value realization per tonne improved by 6.4%, leading to a 13.5% year-on-year growth in Express revenues. The Consultative Logistics segment reported a 6.1% increase in revenues year-on-year, with warehouse space under management remaining stable at 7.5 million square feet. The company emphasized its focus on service quality, customer engagement, and disciplined pricing as key drivers for these segment performances.
