Ms. Priya Kshtriya is a 33-year-old Qualified Company Secretary with over 10 years of post-membership experience. Her professional background includes significant exposure to secretarial, legal, and corporate matters. She has been appointed as Company Secretary under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, and as Compliance Officer as per Regulation 6 of the LODR Regulations.
