This change, which also includes consequential amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association, is subject to the requisite approval from the company’s members. Capital Infusion Through Preferential Issue
In a move to strengthen its financial position and support future growth, the Board also approved the further issuance of equity shares on a preferential basis to Non-Promoter Investors.
