The company posted revenue from operations of ₹263.6 crores, marking a significant year-on-year increase of 27%. Adjusted EBITDA demonstrated an impressive 69% growth, reaching ₹112.4 crores, while operational Profit Before Tax (PBT) grew by 38% to ₹70.5 crores.

Quarterly EBITDA for this segment grew 36%, with a net margin of ₹99.6 crores, up 31%. The company reaffirmed its full-year guidance for the music vertical to grow between 20% to 23% year-on-year.

Strategic Initiatives and Future Outlook

Saregama highlighted its strategic focus on leveraging new-age IP and a significant investment in new music content, expected to be between ₹300 to ₹350 crores this financial year. The company is actively exploring AI-driven content creation and process optimization. Investments in the brand partnership vertical and Live Events are also contributing to revenue diversification. Saregama sees substantial opportunity in India’s underpenetrated music market, particularly in subscription services, with a target of reaching 100 million paid subscribers.

The video vertical saw a planned revenue decline of 52% as the company consciously winds down its films business, redirecting focus through the Bhansali Productions channel. Saregama continues to expand its content offerings, including short-form content and live events, positioning itself for sustained growth driven by rising digital consumption.
