Linde India: Board Approves Q2 2026 Results, Appoints New CFO

Linde India Limited’s Board of Directors convened on August 11, 2026, to approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Vikash Dokania as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective September 15, 2026. The unaudited results show a profit for the quarter of ₹1,030.33 million and total comprehensive income of ₹1,028.02 million.

Financial Results for Q2 2026 Approved

Linde India Limited announced that its Board of Directors, at an adjourned meeting held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company also shared the ‘Limited Review Report’ from its statutory auditors, Price Waterhouse & Co. Chartered Accountants LLP.

The standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, indicate a Profit for the year/period of ₹1,030.33 million, with a Total comprehensive income for the year/period of ₹1,028.02 million. Similarly, the consolidated financial results for the same period show a Profit for the year/period of ₹1,045.94 million and a Total comprehensive income for the year/period of ₹1,043.63 million.

New Chief Financial Officer Appointed

In a significant leadership change, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Vikash Dokania as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. This appointment will be effective from September 15, 2026. Prior to this, Mr. Ajay Kumar Sah served as the Interim CFO and will demit his position on September 14, 2026.

Mr. Vikash Dokania, aged 42, is a B.Com. (Hons.) Graduate and a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in finance and corporate strategy. His background includes P&L management, financial stewardship, mergers and acquisitions, and international projects, with previous experience at Coca-Cola India Pvt. Ltd.

Disclosure on Related Party Transactions and Legal Proceedings

The company also provided extensive notes regarding ongoing regulatory matters, including inquiries from SEBI concerning related party transactions and a joint venture agreement with Praxair India Private Limited. These matters have involved legal proceedings, including appeals before the Securities Appellate Tribunal and the Supreme Court. The company has received a valuation report and is awaiting further direction from the Supreme Court. The impact of these ongoing legal and regulatory proceedings on the financial results is presently not determinable.
