Under the terms of the agreement, GEM Enviro Management will acquire 21,10,680 equity shares in Solluz Energy Private Limited. This acquisition represents a substantial 26% ownership of the total share capital of Solluz Energy. The total investment committed for this stake is approximately ₹5,06,56,320 (Rupees Five Crore Six Lakh Fifty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Twenty only). Each equity share is priced at ₹24, including a premium of ₹14 per share, based on a face value of ₹10.
