Cost Auditor Appointment
In addition to the financial results, the Board also sanctioned the appointment of M/s. Kailash Sankhlecha & Associates as the company’s Cost Auditor for the upcoming Financial Year 2026-27. The remuneration for this role will be presented for shareholder ratification at the next Annual General Meeting.
