The company achieved a record top-line growth of 25.3%, driven by broad-based growth across all regions and categories, including Beauty & Cosmetics and Oral Care, which grew over 20%.

The company’s revenue for Q1 FY27 reached ₹13,879 million, representing a 25.3% increase compared to the same period last year. EBITDA grew by 15.2% to ₹2,612 million, achieving the 15th consecutive quarter of double-digit EBITDA growth. The underlying EBITDA margin stood strong at 19.6%.

Raised Growth Guidance and Strategic Outlook

In light of its performance and the current market environment, EPL has revised its revenue growth guidance for the upcoming quarters to the high-teens, while reaffirming its commitment to maintaining an underlying EBITDA margin of 20%. The company also highlighted progress on its strategic merger with Indovida, which is expected to create a $1 billion revenue entity and further strengthen its market position.

Operational and Strategic Achievements

EPL’s strategic and operational highlights for the quarter included significant geographic diversification with all regions showing double-digit revenue growth. The company also advanced its sustainability initiatives, with sustainable tube formats contributing 44% of total sales, and achieved an EcoVadis Platinum rating.
