Independent Director Re-appointments
The Board has approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Vanessa Singh (DIN: 09342022) as an Independent Director. This marks her second term, which will be for a period of five consecutive years. Similarly, Mr. Zubin Billimoria (DIN: 07144644) has been re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second term of five consecutive years.
Furthermore, Mr. Sriraman Raghuraman (DIN: 00228061) has also been re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second term of five consecutive years. His re-appointment also complies with regulation 17(1A) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
