The company’s revenue from operations increased by a substantial 109%, reaching ₹26,804.0 million. Profit After Tax (PAT) grew by 45% to ₹847.6 million, reflecting improved profitability alongside strategic investments in new growth areas and technology.

Strategic Priorities for FY27

The company is embarking on its next phase of growth with a clear focus on three strategic priorities for the upcoming fiscal year:

  1. Unlocking the value of Rediff: AvenuesAI aims to leverage Rediff.com’s presence by integrating its consumer and enterprise digital ecosystem with AvenuesAI’s payment, AI, and digital commerce capabilities to create new products and revenue streams.
  2. Expanding CCAvenue payments in the United States: The US is targeted as a key market for international payments expansion, utilizing CCAvenue’s experience to build a significant presence in enterprise and digital commerce opportunities.
  3. Building the AvenuesAI Transaction Intelligence Score (TISco): The company plans to develop a proprietary AI-powered intelligence layer to analyze transaction data, providing insights into transaction quality, merchant reliability, and business behavior for applications in risk, fraud detection, and business intelligence.

Corporate Actions and Approvals

The Board of Directors has approved several key corporate actions, including the proposed merger of Nueromind Technologies Private Limited into AvenuesAI Limited, subject to requisite approvals. Additionally, the Board has approved a proposal to increase the face value of the Company’s equity shares from Re. 1/- to Rs. 10/-, aimed at rationalizing and simplifying the capital structure. The company also announced its plans for the consolidation of equity shares, from 10 shares of Re. 1/- each to 1 share of Rs. 10/- each.

Key business updates during the quarter include the Central Bank of the UAE granting in-principle approval for a Retail Payment Services – Category III Licence to Avenues World. The Reserve Bank of India also authorized AvenuesAI Limited (GoWallet) to set up a payment system for Prepaid Payment Instruments. Furthermore, AvenuesAI announced plans to acquire stakes in Online PSB Loans (up to 7%) and RatnaFin Capital (up to 2.50%), signaling further expansion in the digital lending and NBFC ecosystems.
