These results, along with the Limited Review Report from the Company’s auditors, were formally approved during the meeting held today. Senior Management Appointments
In a significant move for organizational leadership, the Board has approved the appointment of two key individuals to Senior Management Personnel positions:
- Mr. Prasanth Puliakottu, currently the Senior General Manager – ITS and Head of Information Technology Services, has been appointed as Senior Management Personnel of the Company.
- Mr. Santhosh Mathew, the Senior General Manager – HRS and Head of Human Resources & Services, has also been appointed as Senior Management Personnel of the Company.
These appointments are effective from 11th August, 2026. Both individuals bring extensive experience to their respective roles, further strengthening the company’s management team.
