The Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholder Relationship Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility & ESG Committee, and Risk Management Committee have seen appointments of new chairpersons and members, aiming to enhance governance and strategic oversight.
Board Committee Restructuring
Websol Energy System Limited has officially communicated significant changes to its Board Committee structures. These adjustments, approved during the Board of Directors’ meeting on August 10, 2026, are in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The changes encompass key committees responsible for financial oversight, remuneration, stakeholder engagement, ESG initiatives, and risk management.
Audit Committee
The Audit Committee has been reconstituted with Mr. Dinesh Agarwal appointed as the Chairman. The committee members include Mr. Sohan Lal Agarwal, Mr. Vishal Patodia, and Mr. Shailesh Kumar Mishra, all serving as Members.
Nomination and Remuneration Committee
In the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Mr. Vishal Patodia will now serve as the Chairman. The committee comprises Mr. Dinesh Agarwal, Ms. Rupanjana De, and Mr. Sanjay Kumar as Members.
Stakeholder Relationship Committee
Mr. Vishal Patodia has also been appointed as the Chairman of the Stakeholder Relationship Committee. The committee members are Mr. Sohan Lal Agarwal, Ms. Sanjana Khaitan, and Ms. Rupanjana De.
Corporate Social Responsibility & ESG Committee
The Corporate Social Responsibility & ESG Committee will be led by Ms. Sanjana Khaitan as the Chairman. Serving as Members are Mr. Sohan Lal Agarwal, Ms. Rupanjana De, and Mr. Sanjay Kumar.
Risk Management Committee
Ms. Sanjana Khaitan will chair the Risk Management Committee. The committee members include Mr. Sohan Lal Agarwal, Mr. Shailesh Kumar Mishra, and Mr. Sanjay Kumar.
Mr. Ashok Purohit, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, will act as the secretary to all the committees.
