Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has appointed Shri Rajesh Gupta as a Part-Time Government Nominee Director. This appointment was conveyed by the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, through a letter dated August 10, 2026.
Leadership Transition
Shri Rajesh Gupta, who also holds the post of PED (Signal Modernization) at the Railway Board, will serve on the Board of RailTel Corporation of India Limited. He will be serving in lieu of Shri Rameshwar Meena. The appointment is effective immediately and will continue as long as Shri Gupta holds the post of PED (Signal Modernization). Consequently, Shri Rameshwar Meena has ceased to be a Part-time Government Nominee Director on the company’s Board, also effective August 10, 2026.

The company is undertaking the necessary formalities to complete the appointment of Shri Rajesh Gupta, in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI regulations.
