TVS Supply Chain Solutions: Q1 FY27 Revenue Up 28.7%, Adj. EBITDA Grows 34%

Adjusted EBITDA saw a significant jump of 34% YoY to ₹232.2 crore. The company highlighted robust new business wins and strong performance across its ISCS and GFS segments.

TVS SCS Reports Robust Q1 FY27 Performance

TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited (TVS SCS) has reported a robust performance for the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2027 (Q1 FY27), marking a strong start to the financial year. The company announced its consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, showcasing significant growth across key metrics.

Key Financial Highlights

Consolidated revenue for the quarter grew by 28.7% year-over-year (YoY) to ₹3,335.2 crore, compared to ₹2,592.3 crore in Q1 FY26. Adjusted EBITDA also saw substantial growth, increasing by 34% YoY to ₹232.2 crore from ₹173.3 crore in the prior year quarter. Adjusted Profit Before Tax (PBT) rose by 70.7% YoY to ₹32.1 crore.

The company’s India geography revenue demonstrated strong momentum, growing by 43.9% YoY to ₹997.7 crore. TVS SCS also achieved its highest-ever quarterly business wins of ₹543 crore, providing strong visibility for future growth. The order pipeline remains robust, standing at over ₹7,500 crore.

Segment Performance

Integrated Supply Chain Solutions (ISCS)

The ISCS segment revenue grew by 21.9% YoY. Revenue from operations for ISCS stood at ₹2,417.2 crore in Q1 FY27, with Adjusted EBITDA at ₹196.3 crore. The Adjusted EBITDA margin for the segment was 8.1%.

Global Forwarding Solutions (GFS)

The GFS segment recorded a significant revenue increase of 50.6% YoY, reaching ₹918.0 crore. Adjusted EBITDA for GFS surged by 195.5% YoY to ₹37.9 crore. The GFS Adjusted EBITDA margin improved to 4.1% from 2.1% in Q1 FY26.

The performance reflects sustained momentum in our ISCS business, significantly higher freight volumes and improved profitability in the GFS segment driven by disciplined execution across operations.”

R Vaidhyanathan, Global Chief Financial Officer, added, “Our Q1 performance demonstrates the continued improvement in the quality of our earnings. Adjusted EBITDA grew 34% while Adjusted PBT increased 71%, reflecting operating leverage and disciplined cost management.”

During the quarter, India Ratings revised the Company’s credit outlook from Ind AA/Stable to Ind AA/Positive.
