The Board of Directors of Triveni Turbine Limited met on August 10, 2026, to discuss and approve several key business matters. Among the significant decisions was the approval of corporate guarantees for working capital facilities to be availed by its overseas subsidiaries.
Subsidiary Support
The company has approved the issuance of corporate guarantees for two of its step-down wholly-owned subsidiaries. These include Triveni Turbines FZCO, formerly known as Triveni Turbines DMCC, based in Dubai, and Triveni Turbines Africa Pty Limited, located in South Africa. These guarantees are intended to facilitate working capital arrangements for these entities.
- Triveni Turbines FZCO (Dubai): A Corporate Guarantee has been approved in favour of a leading bank for an amount up to USD 3,000,000 ($3 Million) for its working capital facility.
- Triveni Turbines Africa Pty Limited: Similarly, a Corporate Guarantee has been approved for an amount up to USD 9,000,000 ($9 Million) to support its working capital facility.
In the event of default by either subsidiary to honour the claim under their respective facilities, the bank will have the right to claim the guaranteed amount from the parent company.
Unaudited Financial Results
The Board also approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported a consolidated total income from operations of ₹4,427 million and a profit after tax of ₹511 million for the quarter. Standalone, the total income from operations was ₹3,968 million with a profit after tax of ₹505 million.
