The standalone profit before tax was ₹5.95 million, and after accounting for tax expenses of ₹1.50 million, the net profit for the period was ₹4.45 million. Earnings per share (EPS) basic and diluted stood at ₹0.21.

On a consolidated basis, which includes its subsidiary, Prime Industries Limited reported a profit for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, of ₹10.67 million. Total income for the consolidated entity was ₹93.96 million, derived from revenue from operations of ₹89.66 million and other income of ₹4.30 million. Total expenses were recorded at ₹79.60 million. The consolidated profit before tax was ₹14.36 million. After tax expenses of ₹3.91 million, the net profit for the period was ₹10.67 million. Consolidated EPS basic and diluted were ₹0.36.
