QGO Finance Board Approves Financials, Dividend, and Fundraising

At a board meeting held on August 10, 2026, QGO Finance Limited announced its un-audited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The Board also declared a first interim dividend of ₹0.15 per equity share, representing 1.5% on the face value of ₹10. The dividend payment is subject to TDS deduction and will be paid within 30 days from the declaration date, with August 21, 2026, fixed as the record date.

Fundraising Through NCD Issuance

Further bolstering its capital base, the Board approved a proposal to raise funds through the issuance of unsecured, unlisted, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs). These NCDs will be issued on a private placement basis. The details indicate an issuance of 700 NCDs, each with a face value of ₹1,00,000, aggregating to ₹7,00,00,000 (Rupees Seven Crores Only). The tenure of these instruments is set at 9 years, with an interest rate of 12% p.a. on a monthly basis.

Annual General Meeting Scheduled

The Board also approved the notice for the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The AGM is scheduled to be held on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 12:15 P.M. via Video Conferencing (VC) or other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The cut-off date for determining members entitled to receive the AGM notice has been set as Friday, August 14, 2026.
