New Luxury Development Approved
Man Infraconstruction Limited (“MICL Group”) announced on August 10, 2026, that it has secured the Intimation of Approval (IOA) for a new ultra-luxury residential development. This project is situated off Bandstand in the prime locale of Bandra West, Mumbai.
‘Berkeley House’ Project Details
The development will be branded as ‘Berkeley House’ (The One & Only), operating under MICL’s premium ‘MS Collection Residences’ vertical. The project is anticipated to generate a Gross Development Value (GDV) exceeding ₹1,000 crore. This IOA approval is a crucial step, allowing MICL Group to move forward with vacating existing premises, demolition, and obtaining further requisite approvals for its planned launch.
Market Confidence and Portfolio Expansion
MICL Group views this development as a significant milestone and an advancement for its third residential project in Bandra. The company expressed confidence in launching ‘Berkeley House’ in FY27. Bandra’s real estate market continues to show robust end-user demand and resilience, particularly for quality developments in sought-after locations.
The company’s Bandra portfolio now represents a combined GDV of ₹2,350+ crore. This includes existing projects like Artek Park at BKC and a recently launched project at Pali Hill, Bandra West. MICL Group holds a 70% stake in the ‘Berkeley House’ project.
