The total number of shares covered by these options amounts to 2,50,000, which will be convertible into an equal number of shares with a face value of Rs. 10 each. The exercise price for these options has been set at Rs. 10 per Option, equivalent to the face value of the company’s equity shares. The Committee retains the discretion to provide a discount on the exercise price, though it will not fall below the face value.
Vesting and Exercise Period
The vesting period for these options will commence from one year from the grant date and can extend up to a maximum of four years. After vesting, employees will have the option to exercise their granted options either wholly or partly within a maximum exercise period of two years from the respective vesting date.
