The company demonstrated substantial growth, with standalone Profit After Tax (PAT) surging by 235% to ₹271 crore, compared to ₹81 crore in Q1 FY26. Standalone Revenue saw a 34% increase, reaching ₹1,518 crore.
Key Financial Highlights (Q1 FY27)
The profitability improvement is evident across key metrics. Standalone EBITDA grew by 167% to ₹375 crore, with the EBITDA margin expanding to 24.7% from 12.4% in the prior year period. On a consolidated basis, PAT stood at ₹332 crore, down 23% from ₹431 crore in Q1 FY26, while consolidated revenue increased by 19% to ₹1,688 crore.
Operational & Orderbook Updates
The company provided updates on several key projects and its orderbook status. As of June 30, 2026, the total orderbook stands at ₹15,670 crore, comprising 27 ongoing projects across various sectors including Roads – EPC (₹5,148 crore), Roads – HAM (₹3,684 crore), and Mining (₹2,847 crore). Key project awards in Q1 FY27 include the Barabanki to Mustafabad HAM project (₹1,728 crore) and the Mustafabad to Biswariya HAM project (₹1,755 crore).
Diversification and Future Outlook
PNC Infratech continues to diversify its business, with significant ongoing projects in Solar Energy (~₹2,000 crore EPC Value) and Mining (₹2,957 crore Order Value).
