The company’s consolidated EBITDA for FY26 stood at ₹5,560 crore, marking a notable increase of 19.2% compared to ₹4,667 crore in FY25. Net profit also witnessed a significant jump of 27.4%, reaching ₹3,185 crore in FY26 from ₹2,500 crore in FY25. This improved profitability reflects the strength of JSL’s business model, enhanced manufacturing capabilities, and effective operational efficiency.
Dividend Payout
In recognition of its strong financial performance and commitment to shareholder returns, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹3 per equity share (150% on equity shares of ₹2 each face value). Coupled with the interim dividend of ₹1 per share (50% payout), the total dividend payout for the financial year 2025-26 amounts to ₹4 per equity share, representing a 200% payout.
