PNC Infratech Limited today announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company has demonstrated robust growth, with its consolidated revenue increasing by 19% compared to the same period last year.
Standalone Performance Highlights
For the standalone segment, PNC Infratech reported a revenue of ₹1,518 crore for Q1 FY’27, a notable increase from ₹1,136 crore in Q1 FY’26. The Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) stood at ₹375 crore, up significantly from ₹141 crore in the prior year. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the standalone operations was ₹271 crore, compared to ₹81 crore in Q1 FY’26. It is noteworthy that the standalone EBITDA and PAT figures include arbitration awards totaling ₹217 crore and ₹176 crore respectively, received from NHAI for the Agra Bypass EPC Project.
Consolidated Financial Snapshot
On a consolidated basis, the company’s revenue for Q1 FY’27 amounted to ₹1,688 crore, up from ₹1,423 crore in Q1 FY’26. Consolidated EBITDA saw a substantial rise to ₹524 crore from ₹367 crore in the previous year. Consolidated PAT was reported at ₹332 crore, compared to ₹431 crore in Q1 FY’26. The consolidated figures for Q1 FY’26 included a gain of ₹278.0 crore (net of tax) from the monetization of 10 HAM Assets. Similar to the standalone results, the consolidated EBITDA and PAT for Q1 FY’27 include arbitration awards from NHAI.
New Order Wins
In addition to its financial performance, PNC Infratech announced that in FY’27, up to the date of this announcement, the company secured 5 new orders. These include 2 HAM Projects from the National Highways Authority of India and 3 EPC projects from the Airports Authority of India and other authorities. The total value of these new projects amounts to an impressive ₹4,259 crore, further bolstering the company’s order book and future revenue streams.
